Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your use of this site (www.ledhomelighting.net) and the purchase of products through this site. By placing an order with us, or using our site you are accepting the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions without notice or liability.

Order Acceptance Policy

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order or limit quantities for any reason. Credit card payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we are not liable in any way if said institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require that any custom design order or any order over a certain dollar amount receive our pre-approval or require a down payment. We also may require additional information or verification of information before accepting any order. If for any reason delivery is refused on an order, or you do not respond to a delivery notice, you will charged for shipping both ways but will be credited for the product cost.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal. We accept Visa or MasterCard Debit Cards as long as they can be used as a charge card. We only accept PayPal from US customers. We also accept corporate or government purchase cards as well as certified checks, money orders, personal checks (product will not ship until check is cleared - if check is returned a $25 service charge applies) and CODs. We accept Net 30 with purchase orders and with approved credit for commercial accounts only.

Pricing Errors or Typos

We attempt to verify all information and pricing listed on our website. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card as soon as possible.
