Warranty
LED lights and fixtures are covered by a 1 Year Warranty (6 months on 5mm products) provided you have purchased the appropriate regulated 12VDC power supply for the products (especially 5mm led products). A regulated power supply is required for all products which operate at 12VDC. The regulated power supply will deliver 12.0 volts to the listed products and will have the 1 year warranty apply should the product fail due to defective materials. If you wish to NOT purchase the regulated power supply from LED Home Lighting, no warranty will apply.
NOTE: Products that have been modified by the customer, subjected to extreme temperatures or overpowered are NOT covered under warranty.
Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. There is a restocking fee of 20%. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY LIGHTS OR FIXTURES WHERE WIRES HAVE BEEN CUT OR TRIMMED. All returns must be in re-sellable condition. Please email or call for a Return Authorization Number. Returns for any reason other than defective must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
Individual LEDs and Reflectors are not returnable.
Exchanges
Must be exchanged within 10 days. Customer pays shipping and insurance.
Return for Credit Only:
No cash refunds unless you paid by check or money order. Credit Card orders will be credited upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Return for Credit only must be made with 10 days of receipt by you. Return item to us shipping prepaid. There is a 20% restocking fee.
Important Note: All returns are to be packed well. LED Home Lighting will not credit or refund for merchandise which arrives damaged because of improper packing. Customer is responsible for proper packing AND insurance for return packages.
