SHIPPING DAMAGE

LED Home Lighting will ensure that your order is well packed and fully insured. However, once your package leaves our dock, we basically have no control over what happens to it. If by chance your package is damaged when you receive it, SAVE THE BOX AND ALL THE PACKAGING! THIS IS MANDATORY IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID BY UPS OR THE POST OFFICE! Contact LED Home Lighting immediately and give us all the details you can (date/time you received your package, any box damage, any damage to your products, etc.). We will help to process your claim as quickly as possible.
