The Sun Glow LED Wall Plate is a powerful light for it’s size class. It is extremely durable, weatherproof and it’s charm can be used indoor or outdoor with gasket and screws supplied. Designed for one gang low voltage boxes but can also be used without a box by seasoned installers. The design intent is for low profile flushmount capabilities.
The Sun Glow Wall Plate utilizes the Cree XLamp XRE 7090 P4 Series LED. With it’s 16 plus Watts of light output, and a beautiful 140 degree even light spread, it makes hot burning halogens an unidirectional 5mm LEDs a thing of the past.
Applications include: boat decks, gazebos, corridors, walkways, emergency lighting, patios, courtyards, coaches, RVs, buses, game rooms, theater rooms, guard shacks, docks, block walls, driveways, atriums, around pools, garages, sheds etc.
The Sun Glow Wall Plate accepts a wide variety of DC voltages from 8 to 15VDC making it very diversified in it’s applications and specs. Works well with solar powered dc systems, automotive voltages and dc power supplies. Current draw at 12VDC is 140mA. Simple two-wire connection. This unit is not waterproof and cannot be submerged. However, it is highly rated for wet or damp locations and high humidity making it ideal for most lighting applications indoors, outdoors or anything in between.
