The Drop-in Nova is a practical and energy saving solution for custom lighting jobs or lighting upgrades such as landscape lighting, boats, RV’s, etc.The design intent is for use in light fixtures or housings.
The Drop-in Nova utilizes the Cree XLamp 7090 XR Series Q4 LED emitter for even and brilliant light distribution. The aluminum reflector spreads a beautiful 140 degree even light and also acts as a cosmetic plate and upper heat sink to extend additional life to the leds.
The Drop-in Nova can be screwed down or floated into place via 100% silicone making it very diversified in it’s applications and specs. They are moisture sealed but MUST be installed into a weatherproof housing if used outdoors. Available in two engine sizes and brightness levels. Wire can exist through side or bottom off center.
The Drop-in Nova accepts a wide variety of DC voltages from 5-24VDC max, making it very diversified in it’s applications and specs. Simple two wire connection.
